Rev5 is serverfiles, isn't it? Abuse.txt is in system.mrs.
Be grateful for recieving any help at all with that attitude of yours. People can be wrong.
next time, try actually deleting abuse.txt. (or even looking in it :p)
im not 100% sure, but it might be in the database, or theduel.exe.
Runnable blocks the "^", Abuse.txt in Client only, server abuse.txt isn't doing anything, it's Client sided.

Well, the Runnable blocks some of the signs as "^", and the Runnable loads also the Abuse.txt for other signs,
but yeh, have you ever used any hack?! just simple public hacks, as eurodll.dll ?!
If yes you should know why, any simple public dll bypass this block cuz it is Client sided.
But, Rotana released a Server sided block in Database, so a Client bypass will not work.
So, the alt codes are blocked and unbypass able. ( Server sided ).
