How to edit DASH?

Hello, i have question about DASH. How can I edit the length of the flight and speed Dash? I have to edit the animations, or it can be changed in the file? If you need to change the animation, can you give me a good program for this change?

If you want to change your dash you can change the .dds files on it. (Only the Colors or whatever you want).
But If you want to change the length of the Dash you need 3dmax/Blender or any kinds of Program that can Edit .Elu.

As Duluxe said Look for the Sfx.mrs
thenj decompile it then find the ef_dash.elu
