U can't encrypt a runnable that's already encrypted. Give him a non encrypted one.
If you used Steven's encryptor, you can remove the encryption using his tool and give your friend an unencrypted runnable. If you used Lambda's or Zephyr's, he'll have to make a new one.
That's why u always have to make backup's :]
Or you can be smart...
Find another runnable that isn't encrypted, encrypt it with who's ever tool was used and get another runnable that isn't encrypted, and check the differences in a debugger such as OllyDbg.
