How to get Gunz.exe to load from MRS file?

Hey I have been playing with the 1.5 source code, and I've got it so Gunz starts up. I can create a character and everything.

Now I started experimenting with my OWN Gunz.exe, and I figured out that it just wouldn't load from the system.mrs file. Instead it is looking for a folder called system and it expects me to put all of the xml files in there.

How do I fix that?

It's something with CRC, not sure.
