1.) Open hex work shop, edit the IP.
2.) In your update server, run a webserver app.. create 2 folders in your www or htdocs folder
- Start
- Gunzweb (In Gunzweb folder create a new folder again called Gunz update.
3.) The link above explains the rest.

I hexed as you said, also opened the folders it asks and still it's not updating.
btw my webserver runs on port 8888:

Herrr... Idk if 8888 works. but stick to the traditional port 80 on http.
change it then. default - 80
Should it be like http://bla.bla.bla.bla right?
I changed it to 80, followed the guide in the other thread and it makes the patch.xml but looks like the gunzlauncher not recognize that and output "skip update"
edit: Looks better now, it does update everything correctlly but in the end it gives a message:

and yes, my anti-virus and firewal are disabled.

I'm using Gunz ServerFiles Rev 5.rar .
My error was ImageShack� - Online Photo and Video Hosting
and I fixed it like that:

In your www folder open a new folder gunzweb, inside the gunzweb open another folder called gunzupdate.
Then extract your launcher files to the gunzupdate folder, and also put there the files that you want to update.
Now you have to edit the directory adress in the exe so open it with HexEdit and do like that:
Now run the GunzZPatchBuilder it's will build your patch.xml .
Open the patch.xml and delete the this files:
-GunzZPatchBuilder.exe (optional)
-HanPollForClient.dll (optional)
-HanAuthForClient.dll (optional)
-HanReportForClient.dll (optional)
-patch.xml (Must to be done)
And delete means from the whole PATCHNODE open and close tab:
Then extract the launcher.exe to your game folder and run it :D<PATCHNODE file="xxx">
<SIZE>xxx</SIZE>
<CHECKSUM>xxx</CHECKSUM>
</PATCHNODE>

where should I put patch.xml? on "GunzUpdate" folder?
