Decompile ijji's/maiets login map, look at the map xml.
To be more precise, look at the dummy section of the xml.
Search through tutorials, I know its in there

and what is GunZLoader.exe?
GunZLoader.exe is what you use to set the coordinates of the start point (where you want the map to begin after login) and where you want it to end (where your character will be standing. Pretty simple tutorial if you ask me.
You can also use the coordinates of radiant.
