How to make my server seen by public and access it?

just what title says cause i gave someone installer and they did not see server

have you done it on ur wan ip? if so then you need to open ur ports. but first try to use ur server on local host. (ip = 127.0.0.1) < put that ip everywhere instead of ur wan ip and look if it works then.
