a 70mb model folder? Thats ridiculous.
Just decrease the size of it, im willing to bet you have a lot of unused/bad models you can trash.
I decrease it to 59mb (model.mrs) and dont have anything to trash more.
Model's folder is 183mb!!!omg!!!

Yea the only way to make a client to load faster is to not have so many items added.
Also try getting rid or unused sets in your woman and man.mrs files.

Well you can let it load faster in asm like brittlebullet had and like trinity has now

As always, talking out your ass pretending you know what you're saying. JUST THROW SOME ASM IN THERE, IT WILL LOAD FASTER GUYS.
You can stop gunz from calling a few things during loading to speed up times, example if you stop it from calling the loading screen you will save quite a lot of time on the load. (Mind you it will just be a black screen till you get to the login)
And if you're REALLY ambitious like T6 was you can make a file system for gunz that caches so that GunZ doesn't load system.mrs 200+ times on startup, YES it loads 200+ times in the loadup. Apparently MAIET never heard of Cache.
Although you seem pretty new to GunZ so I just recommend that you skim down your files some more, and perhaps upgrade your PC? remember it could just be a local issue, you being clogged with junk on your PC. Viruses, Spyware, ect. Or you're just running 512 ram and a 1.6GHZ Processor
