    You can use DDS Converter or DXThumb.

    Dont forget the like button.

    Just "opening"? a hex editor.
    Maiets character viewer (MCV) and that one standalone elu viewer.
    Dds any advanced image viewer.

    I only have the import and export for Blender related to GunZ for Blender 2.49b with Python 2.6.

    Just make sure you put the python script in the right folder that you set in blender.
    The 2.5+ python always gave me trouble on importing.

    I think the python scripts do in your AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\.blender\scripts if I remember correctly.
