How to run 2 servers for 1 gunz private server?

I have a Dedicated Server, but I want to rent another one (VPS). Is it possible to run 2 servers for our private server?
Single Database (Server 1)..
It will be 2 Servers.... Server 1 and Server 2.

Is it Server 1 and Server 2 should have MatchServer, Agent and Locator individually?

You need 1 locator, 2 matchagents and 2 matchservers.

IIRC a lot of the db stuff still interact with it synchronously so I'm guessing you want to set up a local database with replication rather than connecting remotely O__O
