Stop using old files lol, it's an issue with visual studio 2003, which MAIET used to compile the matchserver you're using. Compile the src I released in 2008 or newer and the problem fixes it's self.

Then obviously you did something wrong.
@Dawsons's post is a hint to port the source to higher versions of vs, will fix a lot of issues, as well as it will run better. Though its not the easiest thing to do. Its fairly necessary.
I built in 2010 and I don't even have that issue

I found a way that the version doesnt matter: just add to the Abuse 1,% which that stop u to send the packet :)
