How to strict the Character Name creation

Like the hacker, if they will create a Name with hack name like there is a space char or spacebar and also ^ char or color name ^number, how to do a strict for hacker to be failed on creating a character name with a not allowed chars.

not allowed:
space character or spacebar example: Sm ile or NONAME example: ' '
^ character (for color name like ^2 for green).

How to make a strict chars like that, so the DLL/injection/edits will be useless, the matchserver and/or the runnable will re-check the character creation, if it will do some cheat or succession of charname with spacebar or ^ char, it will re-check the charname, then the game will be crashed and character creation will be failed.
