i cant get on my p server

i have all the latest files and every thing iv been able to get on before but then when i tryed to get on it doesnt do any thing i updated to see if it would work ...still no go the match server doesnt say any thing when i try to connect so it has to be some kind of miss connecting thing


iv done every thing so dont count me as a noob im a pro at computer working but this i cant get to work


also that noob who posted i put in worg area I KNOW THAT SO BE A NOOB SOME WHERE ELSE

What ip address you using in config.xml?
Is your Microsoft SQL Server 2005 connected?
Is matchserver.exe connected?

I'd recommend using hamachi to connect.

Most probably, if you're using your real IP which is necessary for other people to play, it will change after some time but you probably already know this, but even the best forgets that little prominors some times.

Basically, just make sure your IP adress is the same, go to My IP Address Lookup / IP Locator / Trace IP / What is my ip and if the IP adress there doesn't coincide with the locator.ini and config.xml (unless the IP in both of those files is 127.0.0.1) just change it and it should work.

He doesn't need the Microsoft SQL server connected, the MatchServer loads the stored database.

He already said his match server doesn't present any error. He just can't login, since the client doesn't crash, it means his files in MatchServer and system.mrs on the client are the same, the only thing I can think of, is that you forgot to check your IP adress.

I used my ip address for my config files and no one could connect to my server. which is the reason why I'm using hamachi now. I got Zonealarm pro firewall and I don't know how to portforward with it.

You sure? Someone told me that the SQl Server database had to be connected because the players' level and experience data goes to there from the game.
