I can't see Quest boss names or Character rank photos

Hi, I am using Ju3r1ns 1.5 old school, when i put boss combinations boss names don't show. it just shows this ?? ??? also i can't see like the sword icons in front of the name of characters someone told me to Interface.tga and cut and paste the sword icon part into your customized Interface.tga Also modify your alpha channel. the interface tga is already there and what did he mean by modify alpha channel?

It shows "?? ???" because it's in korean and you will found it in scenario.xml if you just look around.
