i have big problem with clothes,weapon,admin set

i make my server it's vry easy

but the big problem i can't add new clothes or weapon ???
i don't now why
I read all tut here and do it but i can't see any clothes in the game ?
can any one help me plz ??
with pic or video

i do this
1-download clothes
2-go to model folder
3-unpack woman.mrs
4-add woman01.xml to woman01.xml in woman folder
5- add all xxxx.dds + xxxx.elu in woman folder
6- unpack system.mrs
7-add zitem.xml from clothes folder to zitem.xml system folder
8- pack all folder woman + system and put it in clint folder

it's login no problem
but when i go to store i can't see new clothes ??

u forgot shop.xml

yeah that what i wanted to say. its in same map as matchserver.exe

if you added the zitem codes, save your zitem.
the run shopgen.exe (use search button)
put shop.xml in server files
then it should be oke i guess
