    I have problem Locator Error ...

    locator couldn't find the stored procedure of StartUpLocaterStauts.
    Error is "MLocatorDBMgr::StartUpLocaterStauts - Could not find stored procedure 'spStartUpLocatorStatus'."

    As already said many times, you need PROCS and TABLES to make Locator work!

    Nobody will share the full database (yet). You will need to improve the 50% complete database from this site.
