If you're using the Quest+Clan server, Fill up the "FREELOGINIP" with 127.0.0.1

what is this ;.. Remove please and make it FREELOGINIP="" just that,

";" is a comment tag. I commented it because people don't understand if you ask them to leave it blank. So they might as well fill it up but it won't be counted.
