In the source folder... once you change it, open the CSCommon solution and build it again.

Are you using compiled files? If your using them then what you want to do it is not possible, because that's for source.

i cant compile the source i dont know why i did something wrong i think. I try it 10 times and i was not able to fix my problem and no one want to release the compiled server files so i use this :

Then you can not do what you ask, what you can do is icrease the limit via ASM Edits.
