Ex:
gunz have 1 shop have all item so my ideas if some thing to admin Staff

Create other shop to put there :) wat i mean?

Shop Be name Admin_Staff only The Staff of game can see it

but about memebers cant see it. ... ?

What's the point of an in-game staffshop while it can be done via a PHP script much and much faster/easier.

Maybe its an idea, to make an multi check, add some items for donators, so items for life time donators, and maybe some others. Just an idea.

You already have the CharacterItem RentPeriod, works fine.

And for donators you can always create a new UGradeID.
