yea vpsland.com is good. I use it for my server. pretty cheap and good stats on the comps if you get the right one and you can always add more stuff to the VPS later on. Um all the ports that you need are opened when you purchase a VPS from there.
I heard some people say that the udp ports where blocked.
I head some poeple say that it is super slow XD
