Import/export .elu/.ani Blender 2.54 Beta

I'm not calling the script, I'm wondering how can I do to install the new BETA blender 2:54.
There have written the folders, and I put all the folders in the blender and still not appeared "Gunz elu import" "Gunz elu export" none of them ...

The new Blender is confusing. I would stick to the regular old Blender.

Can't do it in the new Blender since this is a Python 2.5 Script.
