You are asking us to code full interface for you which is not possible, atleast under "HELP" terms.
Go to recruitment section and get a developer.

Just put the Interface.mrs to your files then RUN the launcher xD

Lol its a .PSD that will clearly not work. Besides I am looking at the interface and it just seems like a basic interface layout. Open photoshop, slice the interface parts and save them each under the appropriate name ;). Well I say basic interface layout, there will be like minor XML changes.. but thats it.
