ip error

hello.
i got the problem that if other people get on my server they dont see a server

i used the ip from ipchicken
and i used the ip from cmd>ipconfig

but the ip chiken doesnt work for me and other people
but the ip from cmd>ipconfig only works for me

what do i have to do

For IP Chicken, you have to portforward. No one can see your server if you use your local IP (cmd>ipconfig).
