I guess no because you can't open twice the same runnable.
Maybe if you open 1 with DxWND and 1 normal it works but further I don't know if what you say is possible.

You can run Gunz with the same runnable multiple times with a small edit. I know it for July 2008, not 2007.

Yea i noticed it wouldn't work, as simply renaming the name of the runnable changes the name of the processes and i tried it before, /dumbass me
But anyways applying this would be taking alot of RAM, UNLESS you are just using a normal client, not sure how much RAM they take anymore, since my modified client goes to around 1gb RAM usage. Can be higher, so running 2 isn't really the best of ideas...
I use the Phoenix 08 Client,and i dont get any lag.
I can open 5 client at the same time ..
I have 4GB of RAM.
