is it sevr down?

when i just now restarting my pc because too lag...after that me cant in game...when me click start game ,it show"the update sevr is not responding or is not running right now",and i delete all file and reinstall client also cant update the game,is it sevr down,anybody tell me what happen to sevr now?

just make the launcher skip updating, either something has happened to thier update file and the launcher cant update it or its going to some site it cant access or dosnt exist. either Hex the launcher or use the GunzLauncher.ini method.
