jjang edit is not transparent in-game

Well I tried to make it transparent in-game and it doesn't work.

    What I did:
    - Made the background black
    - Made everything 1 Layer
    - made it a .dds file
    - same name.

    Whats wrong with it?

How do I add this alpha layer? I know in channels but click new layer and it will be black and I that's the alpha layer? If I turn on all the layers on channels tab, it turns red. Does that have to happen?

I try to save and it says "to many channels to export(5)"

Red area's in the alpha layer are the parts that will come out transparent. You can fill in the alpha with a black brush, and erase it with a white brush.

Try flattening all the normal layers, then save. That might work.
