LAN communication network problem

Therefore, IP address is begun by 192.168.
Of course, dmz established.
My outside IP address knows.
If connect to 192.168.xx IP address, only I one person connection possible .
Then, how should I set IP address?
Inform the method to me.
My official recognition IP address is 192.168.1.32.
My actuality IP address is 124.80.22.32.

if so change your match sever setting to your outside ip
then connected to you that ip(outside ip)

if that is not the case then you need to have the same ip line
EG. 192.168.0.1-your pc
192.168.0.2 -bro's pc
