Smart one if you actually followed the tutorials on here then you would know that when using a registration page you need to put your WAN IP/registrationpagehere.php(or w/e format)
Simply go to http://www.whatismyip.com
get your WAN IP, make sure ports 80 and 8080 tcp (sometimes UDP) are open and test. Epic fail with the localhost!
