Check your MatchServer log, You probably have a error where your Filelist has an Invalid CRC and it doesn't match the one on the server. Fix: Copy the filelist.xml from your client to your server, get the CRC hash for it, and boom.

[To Get a CRCHash for one file, With WinRar just browse to the server directory and make filelistcrc.txt contain the filelist crc value.

127.0.0.1 doesnt work?
if so im going to use my wan ip... and check if it works if not then it's not the 127.0.0.1 probleme

also if u have a dynamic ip what do u do?

monitor ip has to stay 127.0.0.1 keeper ip can be your WAN if you like

then its another problem. Though monitor_ip is for fixing NAT Error in-game.

Maybe the firewall(s)?
Try turning off all your firewalls.
