Launcher doesent start

well my launcher doesent start when i edit my zitem.xml in my match sevrer folder and replace to my system folder i edited a price and changed to "9999999"
thne i start launcher i8t doesent start up nothign happends but if i edit my match server zitem.xml everything works fine if i dont replace anyhting -.-
