Launcher Error.

I would really like someone to help me out urgently with this. The problem is that , my launcher doesn't work. It used to. But after the change of IP, it doesn't. My Update Folder is intact, Apache is running perfectly, Patch.xml is made properly but yet I get this error. If I intentionally change the Update folder's name or Hex Edit it with the wrong Ip, it gives those 2 tips in the error window. But when everything's right, its blank.
