Edit: though, I don't suggest you to use it since your members will whine like hell if they don't have .NET Framework installed. They're obliged to have .NET Framework 3.5+ to run it which isn't installed with Windows by default.
Just go for the launcher source from Dawson's released and put your own design on it. Not hard to do.

Another edit: I just noticed it was on mediafire and not multiupload which leads me to think Attila removed it himself.

You could downgrade it to .net 2.0, or also make a new one in VB 6.
Lifeless coded it and not myself. And I know for a fact that Attila takes a shit on it.

Seriously, just do what vusion said: Edit from the source.
It isn't hard to edit some places from the launcher. Also the PSD from Gunz launcher is also in the source from Dawson.
GunZ Launcher which make by Maiet is better than Lifeless Launcher.
It use a resource file, is not a Form/GUI.
