Ok, if ur players r lvling down like crazy, dont worry.
Each kill, they should get exp. And if u want their starting lvl is higher than 10, their starting exp should be above 2000 or 1000. Or else, when they get killed, they will lvl down. Please take note of the exp they get.

There is something wrong in spupdatechar or something like that, you probably added a script in there like I did. I fixed it by restoring that script.
