is there a way to level to 99 using MSSQL tables or Admin Panel, without glitchy levels (1 kill and your level 1 again)
If so how much amount of EXP is required of it.

I answered your question, there was no need to re-make the thread. I was simply saying it was the wrong section for future reference

If you give it a really high exp amount, and since 99 is the max, it would keep it at 99 instead of leveling down
Doensn't depend on your rates at all. The rates only make it faster to level, the default exp tables are set already,

Thats true, forgot. At the time i was thinking the change of exp changed the amount of exp needed, or you could change it manually.
The ghetto way I did it back at Trinity was I just set the users EXP to the max possible level, thus when killing a user they got 0 exp and for dying by a user they lost 0 exp (some weird glitch) This works for PvP but for exp gains like TDM or Quest it does not, thus fucking with their level.
The way posted by demantor is really the only EXP lock that works 100%

I partly work at Demantors server. When Demantor gives you powers, He gives an exp lock so when you host events, They do not level up, he wants them to be legit or so. You have to change your level to 99 in the GM Panel.
Dude, Go to ur admin panel, characters bla bla bla, And go to Set-EXP , put it 9999999, Go to set level, put it 99.
Go ingame and suicide or kill....
