Localhost -> WanIP

Hey i just made a server called HellyGunz, i put it 127.0.0.1 (localhost) , i change it to my ip then i start the game, it dont show any servers. Only 127.0.0.1 works, Maybe hamachi will work but that sux :P

Please tell me what i need to do.
I port forwarded all the ports.
