Locator don't open

Hi huys.

I was running a server files in my vps, and I had to format it, after that, I performed all installation procedures and such, but when I run the Locator does not open it and got the following log

init start locator.
MLocatorDBMgr :: StartUpLocaterStauts - Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint 'UQ__LocatorStatus__1273C1CD'. Can not insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.LocatorStatus'.
The statement has been terminated.
