login page, experience bug...need help

1. How can I make it so that the Server Counter actually counts how many players are online? I had 3 players online and it read 0/1000 on it.

2. Experience bug
lol, no, I don't really need help with it but I do want to know what the numbers mean. What does 1, 1.1, 1.2, etc. mean? How much experience do theystand for? Yea, I know what each categorymeans by I don't get the experience numbers. Also, how to edit how much XP a player has. i tried modifying it in dbo.Character but an error occured.
