MachServer error after i add Item!

i use client1.5 ,i add an item to my zitem but when i copy in machserver i get runtime error ,the code of item is writed correct ,why i get this error

Did you just copy & past it from your system?

well i not copy&past from system ,i edited in his folder machserver but now game is crash to loading mesh.someone can help me?

Check server logs. Then re-add the the items one by one and copy/paste your zitem.xml to see what is causing the error.

Check all item ids. Could be possible you have duplicates.
