Main hook with Number

Hello guys, when i usually hook something i use Stud_Pe but sometimes the program block it by "PE HAS NO EXPORT" so what i should add to the source to make it like those other dll's, hook it in main.
And how i can put a "code, or lets say a number for the dll (the hook) to disable bypass it by putting other dll with the same name)
I hope you understand me!!
A CODE TO ADD IT TO THE SOURCE...
