    Making GunZ Load Fast?

I head threw complex systems of ASM edits you can make gunz use a cache system, instead of opening and closing each mrs while loading in which making the game load faster.

Anyone know how to do such a task?

The runnable loads the system while booting like 2000 times don't remember the exact number you can just put less checks on the system and it will run much faster.

Trinity used to use the 2009 runnable. Maybe that changed things? But Trinity always took quite some time to load for me.

Alot of that had to do with the items

And using less polys doesn't mean they'll be shit, they'll only be shit if your dev isn't good enough to do it without spamming crap everywhere

Another way to quicken loading is by deleting the loading screens and the loading bar image files.

352 on avarage. not even close to 2000. And to put "less checks" you need a new file system. the only solution to this issue would be FSOW. but I have long ago lost the source code. Dagan if you ever pop back up and read htis. find backups and give me FSOW ;[ I wanna code on it.
