Map problem

So i'm hosting a server (local host) for me to play on. I took jur13ns #3 client.
After adding donors i saw that there were no skillmaps. So i decided to add some. I put them in my clan in the folder named maps.
In my system i put them in channelrule and map.xml
and i did the same in matchserver.
Now for some reason my matchserver doesnt want to start. It doesnt say anything , it just doesnt start

Cuz you messed up somewhere when adding the files, make sure a symbol isn't missing or a word mistyped.
