Map transparency
So I'm having problems with map transparency
when its in 3ds It shows its transparent but when I open it in world edit to add light map Its not trasparent nether is it in game. so how would I add it in so It shows in game?

Your material -> maps -> opacity map.
Also, worldedit doesnt have ray tracing, all its gonna do is illuminate your plane accordingly, any mesh below it will receive light as if there is nothing covering it.

You can also use the alpha channel as well in your material if your texture has an alpha channel.
