i have locked my files with zephyrs mrs custom encrypter but now my maps like garden and town have a grey floor/missing textures ive tried encrypting again but its the same how do i fix?

well you could tr to rename textures that are missing. This includes texture renaming and map xml editing. I dont know if it realy will help.
