match agent

i need help to set up the match agent, the server works its just the match agent (people get ae alot)

Agent configuration is really that hard?

I mean, if you can configure the other files, why not matchagent?

no it just doesnt work, i dotn know how to get it to work, i want it to work because half of my members get ae, and i want to be able to make it only 10% thater than 50...

other words you dint set it up properly are they acturly gettin 999 ping or is it the fact that there ping is getting higher cause of nat connection if so get a host closer to you it sorta works like there ping + ur ping to server but if u have like 28 ping to your host and your mates quite local like in uk or w/e and you are ull get 30 - 35 ping nat

its actual agent error ping 0 and ping 999

its not distance, members of my server HAVE been getting good pings, but some players are getting agent error, if some one can take me through the editing of the match agent, because i did what a guide told me but it didnt work -.-

can some one send me a copy of a working match agent files and i will try and make mine look like that
