Match Agent error

Hello, I Got my server up and running before, but yesterday I've noticed my server wont go up. I checked everything, the database, match Server config, match agent congif, locater config. Also, I open Match Server before opening Match Agent

Also, can someone teach me how to change the exp rates on my server?

i think ur server.ini of the matchserver is messed up, please post it.

Run in order of this:
Matchserver, locater, matchagent

change the exp rate per death its in the formula.xml
