why can my matchagent not connect to my matchserver?

Check your server.ini and MatchAgent.xml to make sure what you type in their is correct.
Double check the tut. you've been reading to make sure you didnt miss something, or did
something incorrect. Oh, make sure you run MatchServer.exe BEFORE you run MatchAgent.exe

i take it your new here. Well, provide with more information, maybe a screen shot or two next time. :P
