MatchAgent Problem, Serious Help needed.

Hey all, I have the problem my matchagent doesnt't show up on the dedi.

The dedicated server is x64 bit, And matchagent Doesn't showup, and on my pc it does, the log says:

[04/10/11 02:12:26] Command registeration completed[04/10/11 02:12:26] Match Agent Created (Port:7777)

And when I go to taskmgr it's running there it says so...but also this log shouldn't be this short right...Help plz!

I searched for guides but could not find anything for this..
And also when I try to connect it says Cannot acces server after like 1-2second(s) Is that because of matchagent failure? thanks for help..

Running as admin doesn't work also..

try to run it in administrator.

It doesn't have to my dedi has full right's as admin..and I just did run in admin still nothing..only in taskmgr but not in a window.!
