MatchAgent wont start

Hello guys,

Well I am moving to a new VPS for my server and for some reason the matchagent.exe wont start, I am not sure why, any ideas or fixes that could help?

Give us your logs and then we might be able to help. AgentConfig.xml would help as well...

Ok here is my latest log, however it just states that it has started but for some reason it hasnt :

And if this information helps I purchased the VPS off of Frantech and its a 64 bit VPS.

Its nothing to do with that, my server still runs on my old VPS, and the matchagent don't on my new vps.
