There are the PDBs, just dump 'em with dia2dump. If you can't find a download for it, a lot of version of Visual Studio come with the code for it, just compile it.

Do the PDBs not contain the addresses? I dunno, it's been God know how long since I've looked at them.
Well, you could try to check out that thread in the release section, though I think it's just a PDB dump as well. If you're meaning that it has them but not the correct ones then I'm not much help there. I only have one MatchServer PDB, not sure where you could get dumps for other versions.
