Matchserver build error

Error	5	error LNK1104: cannot open file 'vldmt.lib'	C:\Users\Chris\Desktop\Carnage VS 2010\Stable\MatchServer\LINK

That library or file vldmt.lib is broken I had this problem before when I try build but not finish correctly cuz the energy electric shut down my pc and the file broken himself replace it or clean her folder like BRZ_Release_publish or her (obj) rebuild. Or replace that file. Tell me if work.
